What we keep, and who sees it.
We collect only what we need to put six people at one table, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Your phone number, to sign you in and send reminders.
- Your first name, age, gender and questionnaire answers, to group you.
- Your email, for receipts. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them.
- Feedback you give after an experience, including who you'd see again.
Who sees what
- Your group sees your first name, how long you've lived in the city and your one-liner. Nothing else.
- Who you'd see again stays private unless it's mutual.
- Your number is shared with a match only if you both choose to swap numbers.
- The LetsGo team sees your answers and reports to run grouping and keep people safe.
Services we use
- Stripe for payments, our database host for storage, and SMS, WhatsApp and email providers for messages.
Your choices
- Edit your answers any time in My LetsGo.
- Turn individual texts and emails on or off in your notification settings.
- Ask us to delete your account and data by emailing us.

Email hello@joinletsgo.com from the number or email on your account and we'll do it within 30 days.
