REFUND POLICY
If plans change.
Your ticket pays for grouping and organising. Once groups are set, your seat has been counted at the venue.
Before Thursday 6pm
- Cancel from My LetsGo for full credit toward any future week.
- We give credit, not cash refunds, before grouping.
After grouping
- No refund. Your seat is counted with the venue and your group is planned around you.
- A late cancel is recorded. Two in 60 days limits you to waitlist-only bookings.
If we cancel
- If LetsGo cancels for weather, the venue or anything else on our side, you choose a full refund or credit.
Venue costs and membership
- Meals, drinks and class fees are paid to the venue or passed through at cost. Refunds for those follow the venue's policy.
- Membership can be cancelled any time. It stays active until the end of the paid month; unused experiences don't roll over.
- Bring-a-friend credits have no cash value.
Payments
Tickets are paid through Stripe. Naeborhood LLC is paid a service fee directly and never holds funds on anyone else's behalf.
