SAFETY
Small group, public place, set ending.
Everything about a LetsGo is decided in advance, including where it happens and when it ends.
Before you meet
- Every member verifies a phone number at sign-up.
- We collect your full name but only ever show your first name.
- A person from LetsGo reviews every group before the reveal goes out.
Where we meet
- Public venues only. No private homes, closed boats or overnight plans.
- The activity has a natural ending. Staying on afterwards is your choice.
On the night
- An ops contact number is in every WhatsApp group and on your reveal page.
- We send a two-hour reminder and check that everyone has arrived.
- If you need to leave early, leave. You don't owe anyone an explanation.
Reports
- Use "Something's off?" on your reveal page, or text ops. Reports are private to the LetsGo team.
- One report of harassment removes the person permanently.
In an emergency
Call 911 first, then let us know. Ops is on call during every experience.
