The short version of the deal.
LetsGo is run by Naeborhood LLC. By booking you agree to these terms, the code of conduct and the refund policy.
What you're paying for
- Your ticket pays for organizing and grouping: the reservation, your group, your WhatsApp group and reminders.
- Food, drinks and activity costs at the venue are separate and paid to the venue.
- Memberships renew monthly until you cancel. You can pause or cancel from My LetsGo.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and use your own phone number.
- Answer the questionnaire honestly. It's how we decide who you sit with.
- We can move you to waitlist-only or remove you for breaking the code of conduct.
Our part
- We pick public venues, review every group and keep an ops contact on call during every experience.
- If we cancel an experience you get a full refund or credit, your choice.
- Venues are independent businesses. We aren't responsible for what they serve or charge.
